With a proven track record of success across multiple business sectors & verticals, from Private Equity & Venture Capital to Biotechnology, Ophthalmology Practices, Telemedicine, Retail Media, and Marketing, Glenn has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to “dive deep” beneath the surface and truly understand the foundational needs and problems faced by organizations. This was evident in how he played a vital role in reviving a 14-center Ophthalmology Practice that was on the verge of bankruptcy due to poor financial structure and an unaligned management team.

A key highlight of Glenn’s career was co-authoring a financial modeling product that steered the end-to-end operations of a multibillion-dollar private equity firm amidst the generation of financial statements, capital calls, waterfall distributions, hurdle calculation, Fund & LP IRR, capital accounts, and performance request charts.
Glenn earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hartwick College and an MBA in International Buisiness & Entrepreneurship from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
When he is not solving financial challenges or charting financial roadmaps, Glenn enjoys spending quality time with Family and Friends, reading health labels, cooking, hiking, and traveling.
